Prices Move up 8.1 percent

Case-Shiller Home Prices up 8.1 Percent

Case-Shiller index recently reported that Dallas-area home prices are up another 8.1 percent.  Nationwide, prices are up 5.8 percent from a year ago with only Seattle, Portland, Denver outpacing our current increase.In just the last 4 years, prices have risen more than 40%, on average, resulting in housing costs being at record levels.
